Address: 8300 FM 1960 West, Suite 450, 77070 Houston
The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so that they can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready. Customers arrive throughout the morning with requests such as updating a Wi-Fi code, checking if a package has arrived, directing someone to a meeting room, or helping set up a projector and coffee. You ensure services are properly charged so invoices are accurate. After a coffee break, you handle mail, respond to customers, and follow up on earlier inquiries about packages. In the afternoon, you assist with printing, invoices, or adjusting a team room climate by opening a ticket in the service portal. You may have another coffee break before meeting with the Community Manager to plan next week’s networking event, write e-invites, and post notices around the center. If a prospect visits, you share details about what makes the space valuable and encourage them to join the network. You finish the day by guiding the group in meeting room 3 to wrap up and directing them to nearby dining options, then tidy the center and head home.
