What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline

Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal

Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems

Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to tailor solutions to customer needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector

Proven success in selling complex, enterprise software with high revenue targets

Experience engaging C-suite executives using solution selling techniques

Strong skills in leading detailed sales processes and managing full-cycle deals

Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

College degree preferred

Deep understanding of AI and its application in legal department operations

Experience in developing and executing account plans and contributing to sales strategy
