SUMMARY The SalesAnalyst will report to the Head of Sales and support key functions of the team’s fiscal objectives. Understand the business needs for Domestic and International sales for Pet-Ag and be charged with gatheringindustr data and information for analysis to capture and organize relevant data into actionable insights. The Sales Analyst will help develop these user-friendly lender insights and in-depth analyses to influence strategic business trails internally as well as externally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct Annual Customer Stratification, updating monthly. Use the data to develop strategies that improve sales productivity.
basis Provide Sales Leadership with sales trends and business analyses to highlight critical insights and fuel growth.
li>Assist /// Marketing with Co-op strategy and program development, measuring ROI and success of programs. Collect, coordinate and manage selling expenses from sales team, reviewing with HOS monthly.
Assist Sales Leadership and Marketing with forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Manage domestic and للت international Distributor and Retailer POS Data for business analysis.
Create and build analytical tools, reports, and processes to identify growth opportunities.
Aid the sales team in being their internal project manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business is required.
Ability to interpret data is necessary.
3+ years min in an analyst role is required.
3+ years CPG, Animal Health, Companion Animal preferred.
3+ CPG Data familiarity (Protobrand, Nielsen, POS, COOP Digity are examples) preferred.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail required.
The ability to problemsolve is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an expert in Excel is required.
Travel required in this position is: 10%
The pay range for this role considers a wide range of factors including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, geographical location, and other organizational needs.
The estimated pay range for this role is $69,437 min to $104,156 max per year.
Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in a bonus incentive program associated with this specific role.
