Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Global Marketing Manager
to lead the marketing strategy for our
Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity and Electrical Services portfolio
worldwide for the Siemens Buildings business. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the global marketing vision, driving demand generation, and positioning Siemens as a trusted leader in securing industrial environments and delivering reliable electrical services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the safety, resilience, and sustainability of critical infrastructure globally.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing global marketing strategies
for OT Cybersecurity and Electrical Services, including integrated campaigns, content creation, and go-to-market plans
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
(Technical Units, Regional Marketing, Communications, Offer Management, and Sales) to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Defining and articulating the value proposition
for OT Cybersecurity and Electrical Services, emphasizing risk mitigation, compliance, and operational continuity
Leading the strategic narrative
for these offerings, guiding demand generation and sales enablement efforts to strengthen market positioning
Creating compelling, customer-focused content
for digital platforms, sales collateral, thought leadership pieces, and event materials
Leveraging market intelligence and competitive insights
to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing initiatives
Conducting research and benchmarking
to stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging threats in OT environments
Driving global campaign execution
in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning across all markets
Promoting Siemens’ leadership
in OT Cybersecurity and Electrical Services through innovative marketing approaches and strategic partnerships
Continuously optimizing marketing performance
by applying best practices and data-driven insights
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in cybersecurity or electrical services marketing are a plus
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in OT Cybersecurity, Electrical Services, or industrial technology sectors
Strong understanding of OT environments, cybersecurity principles, and electrical service offerings
Proven success in developing and executing global marketing strategies and campaigns
Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and growth opportunity identification
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Project management proficiency and experience working in global, cross-functional teams
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and demand generation strategies
Self-driven and results-oriented, with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
