Job Description As Ballarat’s commercial property market experiences growth, Colliers is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to join our Ballarat Sales & Leasing team. You will play a key role in driving sales success while managing important client relationships and commercial transactions.
What you will do:
Manage and grow a strong portfolio of commercial property sales and leasing clients
Drive new business development with an entrepreneurial mindset and ‘hunter’ attitude
Source, negotiate, and close commercial property sales and leasing deals from start to finish
Conduct property inspections, market presentations, and client negotiations
Provide expert market knowledge, advice, and strategic sales solutions to clients
Collaborate closely with marketing to maximise property exposure (signage, brochures, online campaigns, Information Memorandums, and videos)
Maintain high visibility and credibility within the Ballarat commercial property market
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team success and culture
Qualifications About you:
Experienced commercial property sales or leasing professional with proven track record
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills and natural business developer
Excellent communicator able to engage diverse stakeholders with confidence and professionalism
Licensed Real Estate Agent or Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
Commercially astute with entrepreneurial drive and ambition for career growth
Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and results in a fast-paced environment
