This Role is For You If You’re Ready To:
Work closely with a high-achieving agents on campaigns from listing to sale
Be involved in marketing, and client communications
Assist at inspections
Coordinate photography, video, digital marketing, and supplier management
Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from contracts and admin to CRM updates
Take ownership of your development and thrive in a driven, supportive environment
Qualifications Who You Are:
A hunter that gets a buzz off getting a deal over the line
Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
Naturally confident with strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and able to manage digital systems, calendars, and workflows
Curious, coachable and passionate about real estate and personal growth
Professional in appearance and presentation
Either have your Agent’s Representative Certificate (or are currently studying to obtain it)
