Job Summary The Inbound Sales Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and caregivers, managing inbound inquiries and supporting the sales team. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to calls, emails, and online inquiries.

Consultative Support: Assess client needs, explain services, and guide enrollment.

Scheduling Coordination: Organize meetings and appointments.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.

Sales Team Support: Track leads, update CRM systems, and prepare reports.

Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and ensure a positive experience from inquiry to service delivery.

Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work closely with Intake, clinical, and operations teams for seamless onboarding.

Working Conditions

Ability to read 12‑point or larger type.

Adequate hearing with minimal amplification and clear speech.
