Tasks About The Position
Klar is a powerful Data Operating System – but real value is only created when customers understand, adopt and consistently use it to make better decisions.
The goal of this role is to own and continuously improve how users experience, learn and adopt Klar.
You focus on
Product Adoption, Enablement and Engagement
– not classic product strategy or feature ownership.
You design, build and iterate on
user-facing enablement content, formats and product mechanics
that help eCommerce teams quickly unlock value across
Profitability, Retention, Attribution and Marketing Efficiency .
You work at the intersection of
Product, Consulting, Customer Success and Content , and turn complex BI functionality into something that is
clear, usable and genuinely helpful
for our users.
Own & Scale Product Adoption and Engagement
Own and drive product adoption at scale
by designing and executing user-facing enablement one-to-many formats such as in-product guides, use‑case walkthroughs, tutorials, webinars and learning paths.
Continuously improve onboarding, activation and adoption flows
based on user behaviour, feature usage and funnel drop‑offs across the Klar platform.
Enable users to succeed independently
by building clear, actionable guidance that helps them analyse data, create reports and make confident business decisions with Klar.
Build Klar’s Education & Enablement Infrastructure
Build and maintain Klar’s education ecosystem ,_java? Actually ~"Help Center, Knowledge Base and structured learning content.
Develop clear, consistent use‑case narratives and product language
that make complex BI concepts easy to understand (e.g. profitability, retention, attribution).
Create scalable enablement materials for internal teams
and document best talked patterns and common user challenges.
Support Product Discovery & Enablement Prototyping
(Supporting role – not feature ownership)
Collect and synthesise user feedback and usage data
from Support, Customer Success, Consulting and the product itself.
Translate insights into enablement and adoption hypotheses , focusing on how users learn and succeed rather than on new features.
Prototype, validate and hand over enablement concepts
(e.g. onboarding flows, guides, formats) in close collaboration with Product and Design.
Requirements About You
You care deeply about
users succeeding with a product
– real adoption, clarity and measurable impact matter to you.
Youариɡ? Actually: " 1–3+ years of relevant experience
in product enablement, consulting, customer success, product operations, BI or analytics – or a strong, demonstrable passion for this space.
You are
excellent at turning complexity into clarity , especially when it comes to data, metrics and analytical concepts.
You’re
comfortable working hands‑on with tools and data
– you understand systems, dashboards and analytics, even if you’re not an engineer.
You can
work independently , own outcomes end‑to‑end and structure complex problems in a clear and pragmatic way.
You enjoy
creating user‑facing content
(written, visual or interactive), iterating based on feedback and data – and you’re comfortable being on camera when needed.
You are
communicative and confident , whether in writing, customer conversations, workshops or webinars.
You are
highly organised, reliable and proactive , with a strong bias toward learning and continuous improvement.
