We have a 30-minute meeting in which I will tell you more about our vision for Klar plus, we\'ll get to see whether both our expectations align. We really get to know each other : We will have a second meeting in which I want to understand what drives you and where you want to be in the future. You can ask me anything you want - nothing is off the table. We will talk for as long as necessary and by the end of it we should both feel comfortable. You meet the Founders

Act as an advisor to our customers

- this can take different forms. They might not know what the right course of action is or even have a problem they don’t know the answer to. With your broad eCom expertise and wide knowledge of what is working across Klar customers, you advise them on the right course of action. Create data audits for customers

- you dive deep into the customers data and uncover patterns and insights that they might have missed, present your finding and suggest ways to improve their business. Shape the development of our product

- as you help customers solve their problems, you know exactly how our product needs to improve. As part of this role you will work closely with our product teams to shape the roadmap, define features and be involved in the QA process of new features to ensure that they hit the mark. Requirements
