Responsibilities
Assemble parts and operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Bend, punch, hand form, deburr, or saw metal products as per supervisor instructions.
Support production team efforts to ensure on‑time delivery and continuous improvement.
Essential Skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use calipers.
Experience with press brake machines, CNC operations, and sheet metal fabrication.
Knowledge of machine operating and setup processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Three to six months related experience or equivalent education and experience.
Familiarity with punching processes dated roll forming, and tooling is a plus.
Understanding of leanാശ principles in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Work Environment Work in a clean, organized manufacturing shop, handling steel and sheet metal to manufacture parts. The environment can be heavy and loud, with safety being a top priority. Employees should be prepared for physical activity, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting heavy objects. Work a Monday‑Friday daytime shift, with flexibility for overtime when required.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $26.00/hr.
