Job Description: As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple facets of our e‑commerce business, including customer relationships dirigido, product content, supply chain operations, pricing strategy, marketing, and merchandising. You will partner closely with our Amazon counterparts to drive growth. Self‑motivation, good judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, and exceptional communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Job Responsibilities

Merchandise Surya’s extensive product catalog effectively, focusing on top volume drivers, new product introductions, and ensuring our product content is best in class.

Oversee the partnership of the Amazon account as a key contact and solution provider while proactively identifying any issues and developing solutions.

Manage content, pricing, and promotional strategy for Amazon while working across multiple teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and effectiveness.

Conduct regular sales and activity analysis to determine performance of customer portfolio and identify areas of improvement to meet or exceed targets.

Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities to continually acquire market share.

Work collaboratively with internal and external teams across multiple/confidential business functions to create and/or improve existing processes.

Demonstrate strong time management and decision‑making skills with an ability to prioritize high‑impact initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Must work full‑time at our headquarters in White, GA. (This is not a remote position.)

A backgroundост в account management, sales, product management, project management, and/or marketing.

Strong organizational skills including time management, working under pressure, setting and achieving goals, delegation, and attention to detail.

Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical ability and experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel.

Ability to seamlessly work across functional and organizational boundaries, with a reputation for influencing others and earning trust across levels and organizations.

Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities, and relationship management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce or related sales, account management, or buyingынтәи.

Prior knowledge working with customer web‑based portals such as Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Retail Link, and Home Depot Supper Hub.

Technical aptitude and agility to learn web‑based tools.

Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical skills.

The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment is key while also adhering to deadlines.

Flexibility to travel 2–4 times a year to visit customers and/or attend markets.
