Job Description
The Ethics & Compliance Office (ECO) is accountable for our Company’s ethics and compliance program. Reporting to the Director, ECO Corruption Data Risk Monitoring Program, the Senior Specialist will be part of a U.S.-based headquarters compliance team and play a key role in compliance risk monitoring, supporting global and/or regional efforts and executing Headquarter (HQ) monitoring activities as it relates to Human Health International ex‑US activities. This position focuses on monitoring potential corruption risk through data analysis and reporting on a global level.
In this role, you will:
Be part of the team and support the development and sustainability of the risk monitoring program at the global level.
Translate, understand and apply knowledge of anti‑corruption risks, compliance policies, controls, and processes to execute compliance monitoring activities.
Conduct data analyses on financial systems, customer event systems, and other internal platforms to identify risk patterns and trends.
Analyze and interpret nuanced risk data and attributes, and prepare and communicate clear, actionable insights to market, regional, and global stakeholders.
Work in collaboration with team within Ethics & Compliance Office to develop dashboards and models. Use these tools to identify, and monitor risk based on internal and external market events and implement innovative solutions to risk monitoring and illustration.
Develop an in-depth comprehension and expertise of higher‑risk activities in the markets and regions to inform and evolve the compliance risk monitoring program.
Contribute to defining and conducting key activities for HQ monitoring, including analysis, reviews, and reporting of findings.
Ability to develop, review, and validate AI or automation outputs in a compliance risk context.
Participate in training and knowledge‑sharing initiatives related to compliance risk monitoring.
Work cross‑functionally to ensure alignment with Global and HHI Standards and processes.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience with financial reporting, data management, and/or commercial systems.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to develop, identify and interpret risk trends, including the use of AI or automation tools.
Proficiency in communicating data‑driven insights and technical data requirements specifications clearly and effectively.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment with initiative and responsiveness.
Problem‑solving mindset and ability to think innovatively.
Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, and organizational skills.
Good judgment and ability to manage projects independently and on time.
Manage and complete projects timely and independently.
Effective collaboration across different levels of an organization.
Work with urgency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Expertise working in a compliance, audit or other risk function role.
Experience at a pharmaceutical, finance, or audit company.
Demonstrated business and financial acumen
Locations Rahway or Upper Gwynedd, hybrid work model 3 days/week

Salary Range $106,200.00 – $167,200.00
