We’re supporting a global manufacturer of pumps, valves, and related flow control equipment in the search for a proven Plant Manager to lead multi‑site production operations in Grovetown, Georgia. This is a high‑impact leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Operations, responsible for driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across machining, assembly, and quality functions. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on manufacturing leader who thrives in a performance‑driven, team‑oriented environment. What You’ll Do
Lead day‑to‑day operations across multiple production areas (machining, fabrication, assembly, and quality). Cultivate a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance across all departments. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput, cost control, and quality performance. Coach and develop production teams to achieve business and operational goals. Partner with leadership to align manufacturing performance with company growth objectives. What You Bring
10+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally within pumps, valves, actuation, or other rotating/mechanical equipment. Proven success leading diverse operations teams and implementing process improvements. Strong background in lean manufacturing, production metrics, and quality systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strategic mindset and hands‑on approach.
