What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Process public records requests in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Maintain accurate and complete case files while collaborating with legal and program teams
Prepare responses to FOIA requestors and UAMS leadership
Provide marketing support and assist in planning and implementing marketing projects
Gather and analyze information from various sources to ensure compliance with FOIA requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in communications, information technology, business, or related field
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management
Strong collaboration skills with administrators and internal team members
Ability to plan, organize, and implement information requests efficiently
Proficient in pulling data from various sources and compiling it into presentation formats
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge of the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act laws, policies, and regulations
Experience in writing and proofreading
Familiarity with data targeting for marketing initiatives
