The CSR is the first administrative contact our customer will have with the company and must be handled professionally, completely, and with the smallest details in mind. Manage incoming orders from data entry to email acknowledgment of receipt back to salesperson and customer - Coordinate with Office Manager regarding scheduled shipments for the week vs on hand inventory

Coordinate with salesperson regarding incoming orders, open estimates, upcoming orders, or special details that need to be adhered to Communicating with customers via phone, email, fax, etc. whatever is necessary to complete the tasks at hand and service the customer

Manage incoming orders from data entry to email acknowledgment of receipt back to salesperson and customer Be sure the paperwork for billing and shipping is correct and up to date
