Client Relations Representative
to support our charity partners, expand their reach, and foster
long-term donor relationships . Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients and donors during
fundraising events
Generate
maximum exposure to increase donations
for nonprofit partners
Learn and implement
marketing and fundraising strategies
through hands-on training
Attend daily meetings to understand client needs and improve campaign performance
Maintain knowledge of charity partners and follow up with potential donors
Address and resolve client inquiries or concerns promptly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
client satisfaction and campaign success
Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in a
client-facing, sales, marketing, or customer service role
preferred but not required
Strong desire to work
hands-on in a community-focused environment
Comfortable attending
in-person meetings and training sessions
Confident speaking to
small or large groups
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to
assist team members
