What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Investigate employee relations cases involving policy violations, interpersonal conflicts, and performance concerns
Conduct structured interviews with employees, managers, and witnesses to gather relevant facts
Document findings and recommendations in a clear and compliant manner
Provide guidance to managers on performance management and policy interpretation
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in employee relations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Three (3) years of employee relations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong emotional intelligence to engage with diverse audiences
Proficiency in MS365 and knowledge of HR functions and information systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
