After achieving quick adoption via word-of-mouth, we are now seeking to expand our visibility while clearly communicating the value our solution delivers and reinforcing our role as a trusted partner to the biopharma industry. We are seeking a Growth Marketer to generate qualified sales opportunities and amplify the Inductive Bio brand. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, building from the ground up, and iterating quickly based on data and feedback. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Partnerships.
What you'll do:
Identify, curate, and prioritize companies that align with Inductive Bio’s ideal customer profile to ensure consistent generation of qualified sales opportunities
Collaborate with Sales and the cofounders to maximize the impact of Inductive Bio’s expert network to facilitate high-quality engagement with biopharma leaders
Design and execute outbound campaigns, while continuously testing and refining messaging and targeting strategies
Lead conference and event strategy to elevate brand visibility and engagement, while managing social media content that reinforces credibility and drives awareness among target audiences
Track performance metrics across outreach, campaigns, and events to evaluate ROI, inform decision-making, and continuously improve pipeline generation
Who are you:
6+ years of B2B demand generation strategy and execution, with 2+ years targeting biopharmaceutical organizations
Proven ability to generate and qualify pipeline at a high-growth or early-stage company
Data-driven mindset with experience in using CRM, AI, marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Strong written communication for outreach, drafting, and content amplification
Event planning and logistics experience
Ability to work cross-functionally
Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity and scrappiness to build programs from the ground up
