Influencer Marketing Assistant We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our growth marketing team. This teammate will facilitate the end-to-end process of influencer marketing, from sourcing, outreach, contract coordination, and negotiation, briefing of branding guidelines, fulfillment/logistics support, management of ongoing campaigns, and QA on influencer content until campaign/performance reporting. Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results. The Benefits Work Set-up: Permanent Work From Home Bonuses: Attendance Bonus of $25 for every monthly perfect attendance Performance Bonus Anniversary Bonus of PHP 5,000 for your 1st year in service and PHP 10,000 for 2 years in service Referral Bonus of $300 for every successful referral Holiday Paid Time Off (PTO) for 7 days in a year Paid Time Offs (PTO) for 6 days in a year Prepaid Health Card Responsibilities Build lists of qualified influencers based on client parameters (# of followers, engagement, content alignment with the brand's mission, estimated CAC, etc.) Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting (# of outreaches, response rate) Templated outreach and coordination (mostly email but ability to communicate over the phone as well if needed) - client to provide templates Manage outreach administrative / data entry touch-points Escalating issues when appropriate re: contract negotiation and / or deliverables Facilitation of contract closing Draft project briefing documents, with client guidance, so influences can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creation QC ongoing campaigns (review if content posted is within the guidelines) Perform ad-hoc operations tasks as needed The Requirements: 2+ years of experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns Familiarity with AspireIQ, GRIN, or similar platforms Strong written and verbal English communication skills Intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets Familiarity with Notion (preferred) or a similar task management platform Ability to work CST We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
