Paid Media Specialist We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) . This role is responsible for driving measurable growth through data-led strategy, creative testing, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Align paid media strategy with business goals (leads, sales, ROAS, CAC, LTV)
Build and manage full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, retention)
Optimization & Performance Monitor daily performance and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and keywords
Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audiences
Scale winning campaigns while controlling costs and efficiency
Tracking & Analytics Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI)
Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Required Skills & Experience 2–4+ years experience managing paid media campaigns
Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)
Proven ability to optimize campaigns toward ROAS, CPA, or lead volume
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Compensation Comp 50-65K
