We’re looking for a performance-focused
Paid Media Specialist
with deep experience in
Google Ads
and
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
to help drive our digital growth. This hybrid role is based in Orlando and offers the perfect blend of in‑office collaboration and remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across
Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max , and
Meta Ads . Manage daily budgets, pacing, and KPIs to meet acquisition and revenue goals. Analyze campaign metrics and deliver clear performance insights and recommendations. Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad assets. Maintain accurate tracking (pixels, UTMs, conversions) and ensure data integrity. Qualifications
2–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience focused on Google + Meta. Strong understanding of key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR). Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings clearly. Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus. Preferred Experience
Agency, e‑commerce, or fast-growth business experience. Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Supermetrics, or SimilarWeb. Experience improving landing page performance and funnel conversion. What We Offer
