Your Duties as a Sales Trainee

Engage with customers in a residential setting, introducing Frontier’s telecom services with confidence and energy.

Present products clearly, explain benefits, and close sales by tailoring solutions to customer needs.

Build trust with new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Master product knowledge to become the go‑to source for telecom solutions.

Collaborate with teammates to refine strategies and share winning approaches.

Track sales activity and performance goals to hit (and exceed) weekly targets.

Represent Taylor Made Connections and Frontier with professionalism at all times.

Stay adaptable and ready to pivot in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
