About the Opportunity GSG is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Responsible for requirements analysis, including requirement elicitation, analysis and recording in various forms including user stories and use cases.
Creates and maintains documentation and standards.
Analyzes existing needs, prepares and presents analysis, and collaborates with business and development teams to implement high value features and solutions.
Applies expertise in business analysis and requirements gathering to make impact on corporate projects.
Assists in driving the development and improvement of business processes within the organization.
Builds relationships with business partners and development teams and provides functional leadership and business user perspective to development team members.
Works on key business initiatives in Agile and Waterfall software development environments.
May be relied upon to plan sprints, prioritize development, and manage JIRA boards and backlogs.
Develops expert-level functional and technical knowledge in relevant applications.
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information brings diplomacy to difficult situations.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree required, ideally in engineering, finance, and / or computer science. Graduate degree preferred.
