Job Description The Auto Body Technician is responsible for کپ creating an exceptional customer experience through the meticulous assessment and quality repair of each vehicle to restore it to Concert pre‑accident condition. The technician disassembles, repairs, and reassembles each vehicle, playing a pivotal role in our promise of speed, quality and customer excellence, and works in alignment with all team members to achieve the repair facility’s KPIs.

Key Job Responsibilities

Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.

Plan repair work, prepare cost estimates for customers, and use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair vehicle sections.

Reduce dents and minor damage; mix and apply filler resins when other methods aren’t feasible.

Realign car chassis and frames to fix structural damage.

Remove damaged sections and replace them with new or aftermarket parts; replace or repair glass and windshields as needed.

Replace or repair interior parts as required.

Weld and attach or fit parts into place, then repaint vehicles with factory‑specified or equivalent paint.

Attempt to complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3‑year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Required Skills and Abilities

Read job orders and work independently with minimal supervision.

Collaborate with other repairers in an auto body shop.

Understand methods and procedures for repairing vehicle bodies.

Use required tools accurately and safely.

Other Requirements

Work safely in a noisy area with many odors.

Lift up to 30 pounds at times.

Visually inspect vehicle damage in varying weather conditions.

Bend, stretch, kneel, and squat during repairs and inspections.

Compensation Details $25 – $35 / Hour Flat Rate. Flat Rate Compensation is a performance‑based structure directly tied to turned挑 hours; in the event that total compensation in a pay period is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be calculated with a guarantee of the applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater.

Supplemental Pay Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience. This position may also be eligible for bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
