Purpose and Scope The Data Strategy and Performance Management Analyst supports the efficient and effective operations of performance management and strategic data planning activities. The analyst is responsible for implementing data strategies, conducting analyses, and ensuring Telicity aligns with key district initiatives and goals.

Essential Job Functions

Conducts complex data analysis and statistical modeling to support district and initiative KPIs, utilizing data science languages such as SQL, R, or Python.

Performs quality assurance testing on large-scale data sets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used for decision‑making and reporting.

Develops and maintains automated data processing workflows and reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual data handling errors.

Collaborates with cross‑functional teams and departments to gather data requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into analytical solutions.

Supports the development and reporting of keyանակ district KPIs in conjunction with the Manager, other team members, and district leadership.

Creates clear, accurate, and accessible data visualisations and reports that communicate complex findings to diverse audiences, including administrators, educators, and stakeholders.

Assists in project coordination by tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring timely completion of analytical components.

Conducts quantitative analysis on diverse data sources across multiple functional areas to support evidence‑based decision making.

Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in education, statistics, mathematics, data science, social sciences, or other related field;

plus

three (3) years of related experience in data analysis, or performance measurement for a combination of education/experience totaling seven (7) years. Experience with statistical software (R-

preferred ), large dataset management, and data quality assurance

required . Experience in educational settings or public sector

preferred . Master’s degree

preferred

in education, statistics, data science, data analytics, or related field. (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED)

Degree Equivalency Formula

Bachelor’s Degree = 4 years plus required years of experience.

Master’s Degree = 2 years plus required years of experience.

Where Master’ degrees are required, years for Bachelor’ Degrees must be included.
