Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented
Counter/Warehouse Associate
to support our HVAC wholesale operations. This hybrid position plays a critical role in both customer‑facing sales support and back‑end warehouse logistics. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a customer‑first mindset, and experience with inventory and order processing systems.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Counter / Customer Service:
Greet and assist walk‑in and callujemo customers in a professional, courteous manner.
Generate new and repeat sales
by providing accurate product and technical information.
Upsell and cross‑sell products
to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Process customer transactions
including orders, quotes, returns, and special requests through POS or ERP system.
Communicate availability, pricing, promotions, and delivery status with customers.
Work with contractors, technicians, and internal team members to fulfill product needs.
Order Fulfillment / Inventory Handling:
Accurately pick products
for counter, phone, and online sales orders using a
barcoded inventory system .
Stage, pack, and
process outbound shipments
for delivery or pickup.
Inspect incoming freight
for accuracyń and damage; document and report discrepancies.
