Ascendo Resources,
a CMBE, is expanding their Accounting & Finance team in Orlando and seeking a full-desk Recruiter. Our A&F division covers a wide array of skillsets including: Accounting & Finance, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Administrative, Clerical, Customer service, Marketing, and many others. The recruiter will play a pivotal role in finding new clients, growing existing client relationships, and finding exceptional candidates within our A&F division. This dual-focused position is essential for generating revenue and strengtheninghmen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate revenue through business development and client relationship building.
Identify candidates in various skill sets to meet client requirements.
Skill sets may include: AP, AR, Payroll, Bookkeeping, Tax Preparation, Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting, Closing processes (Month, Quarter, Year-end), Journal Entries, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Audit (internal & External), Employee relations, Reception, Executive Assistants, Call Centers, Marketing, HR, and many many more.
Requirements:
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Wyndham industry.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
