Ascendo Resources,
a CMBE, is expanding their Accounting & Finance team in Iselin, NJ and seeking a full-desk Recruiter. Our A&F division covers a wide array of skillsets including: Accounting & Finance, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Administrative, Clerical, Customer service, Marketing, and many others. The recruiter will play a pivotal role in finding new clients, growing existing client relationships, and finding exceptional candidates within our A&F division. This dual-focused position is essential for generating revenue and strengthening our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Generate revenue through business development and client relationship building.
Identify candidates in various skill sets to meet client requirements.
Skill sets may include: AP, AR, Payroll, Bookkeeping, Tax Preparation, Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting, Closing processes (Month, Quarter, Year-end), Journal Entries, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Audit (internal & External), Employee relations, Reception, Executive Assistants, Call Centers, Marketing, HR, and many many more.
Requirements
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
