a CMBE within the staffing & recruiting industry, is expanding their NYC office and seeking a full-desk Recruiter. The recruiter will play a pivotal role in finding new clients, growing existing client relationships, and finding exceptional candidates within Accounting and Finance division. This dual-focused position is essential for generating revenue and strengthening our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Generate revenue through business development and client relationship building.
Identify candidates in various skill sets to meet client requirements.
Skill sets may include: Public Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Tax, Legal, Finance, HR, Customer Service, Admin/Clerical, AP, AR, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations etc. in Entry level thru C-Suite experienced roles
Requirements
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
