hands‑on, accountable leader
to run commercial construction projects on site. You’ll
own your projects —managing schedule, safety, quality, and coordination—while serving as the main point of contact for subs, clients, and internal teams on site.
You don’t just push paperwork—you’re on‑site, solving problems, driving results, and finishing strong. If you lead with urgency, think critically, and take pride in getting it done right, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Own all aspects of your projects—schedule, safety, coordination, quality, and delivery
Lead field operations and manage subcontractors with urgency and professionalism
Maintain and update schedules, manage lookaheads, and solve problemsfreien in real time
Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams
Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with OSHA and company standards
Oversee inspections, RFIs, change orders, and final closeout亀>
What You Bring
4+ years in a Superintendent or PM role (commercial, healthcare, or industrial preferred)
Deepheight understanding of construction methods, safety, codes, and sequencing
Proficiency in reading plans, running schedules, and using tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Company Cam, and OpenSpace
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
A mindset of
ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
