What You’ll Do:

Help individuals, families, and business owners plan for their financial futures Offer life insurance, annuities, retirement plans, long-term care, disability coverage, and investment solutions Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust and personalized guidance Operate with autonomy and flexibility, supported by an award-winning team Provide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans, life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other financial products Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives Develop and implement tailored financial plans using our array of services while considering each client’s financial needs and life circumstances Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For:

Background in financial services, insurance, real estate, banking, or sales Insurance license (State 215) and/or FINRA registrations (or willingness to obtain) Business mindset with strong communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and driven to help others Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus, but not required Relationship management skills are required Candidates need to be able to communicate complicated concepts and maintain strong-opacity principles such as honesty and integrity Ability to successfully network to prospect new potential clients is a must Compensation
