Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy Consulting
Elevance Health is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy Consulting to lead large, high‑value, cross‑business enterprise initiatives. The role is based in the following locations: New York, NY; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; or Indianapolis, IN, with a requirement to work from the office at least three days per week.
Location and Work Arrangement In‑office 3 days per week; remote work permissible for the remaining days. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the listed city unless an accommodation is provided.
Key Responsibilities
Lead engagement teams and manage complex, enterprise‑wide program and project initiatives.
Conceive, shape, refine, and prioritize enterprise‑wide initiatives and innovation opportunities.
Provide and grow technical knowledge and subject‑matter expertise.
Accountable for planning, execution, and ongoing account management of strategic initiatives.
Manage portfolio of projects, allocate resources, and lead cross‑functional teams.
Conduct market analyses, develop financial/investment models, and prepare ROI analyses for senior leadership.
Demonstrate thought leadership, communication, and executive‑level relationship building.
Oversee engagement and project status, establish key metrics, and report progress.
Facilitate large cross‑functional sessions to align strategy and plan.
Develop simulations to capture potential outcomes and play a key role in enterprise‑wide strategy and innovation.
Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
Travel as required.
\ Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 6 years of experience in management consulting, change management, large‑scale project management, and/or process improvement leadership.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or healthcare services.
Background in corporate strategy or management consulting.
Experience managing project teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
Master’s degree (preferred).
Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $157,872 to $258,336. Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions.
