We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Body Shop Estimator who can deliver accurate repair estimates and a top-tier customer experience.
The Body Shop Estimator will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing detailed repair estimates, and serving as a key liaison between customers, insurance companies, and our repair team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically skilled, and knowledgeable about collision repair processes and industry-standard estimating systems.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience
as a body shop estimator in a collision repair facility Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC Avi one. Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and OEM repair procedures Ability to interpret vehicle damage accurately and recommend proper repairs Excellent communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record What We Offer
