Community Associate

The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is the nation’s oldest and largest public housing authority with more than 152,000 apartments and over 370,000 residents. Provide and improve community services by performing liaison function, improving communication between City agencies, community organizations and groups, and the individuals they represent and service. Respond to vendors' questions, help with daily issues and provide guidance on problems that might arise. Perform daily data entry tasks in Maximo. Review Move-Out reports for HPD compliance. Prepare and maintain records, written reports, daily and monthly statistics. Provide administrative support to the unit as appropriate; coordinate meeting schedules and other related tasks as needed.
