Work Schedule Ally designates roles as (1) fully on‑site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role’s specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.

The Opportunity Support the resolution of customer issues escalated from the call center, regulators, or other external corporate sources. At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. This role requires a hybrid schedule: three times a week in office.

The Work Itself

Support includes daily problem resolution for customer issues, generation of reports; letter generation, direct customer contact, and other requirements as may be required.

Respond to customer complaints via phone and mail within established guidelines and procedures.

Analyze customer needs on an ongoing basis to assist in identifying new business opportunities and develop proposals for new products, services, technology, and/or operating procedures to meet those needs.

Recommend enhancements where necessary to support the corporate and bank objectives for customer care.

Collect, compile, and analyze data results from escalated issues.

Recommend changes that can create efficiencies and/or streamline processes.

Prepare quantitative and qualitative reports that track information and measure results for comparison to standard metrics.

Complete other duties or responsibilities as may be required to effectively and efficiently respond to customer needs.

The Skills You Bring

Entry Level

Bachelor degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint.

Base Pay Range $47,840 – $75,000 USD

Incentive Compensation This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
