About the Role As Eldercare’s Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you’ll step into a genuinely varied role where no two days look the same. You’ll support the delivery of our organisation‑wide marketing and communications program, help us share meaningful stories, strengthen our brand, and connect with both internal and external audiences.

Working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager and collaborating across all areas of the business, you’ll create and manage content for a wide range of channels — from our annual magazine and website to social media, promotional materials, media releases and more. You’ll also play a hands‑on role in photography and videography coordination, event support, brand consistency, and day‑to‑day communications with staff, residents, families and external partners.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys switching gears quickly, and is energised by a mix of creative, operational and stakeholder‑focused tasks. One day you might be drafting a media release or shaping a campaign concept; the next you could be organising promotional items, coordinating a photoshoot, or supporting an event on site. What You Will Bring

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Journalism

2+ years experience in a similar role

Strong writing and editing skills

Creativity and initiative

Excellent organisation and time‑management
