The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to execute and support marketing initiatives across various channels and platforms. Our ideal candidate is a strong team player with excellent technical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Include: Digital Marketing
Draft, edit, and send member emails and e-communications.
Build email segments and lists. Maintain clean email lists via CRM database management and hygiene.
Create and contribute to building events in the CRM.
Partner with the marketing team to implement and optimize email automation workflows.
Update and manage MassBio’s digital platforms, including its video channels (MB Vision, Vimeo), internal digital displays, and Readymag.
Ensure all digital assets are appropriately tagged for analytics and reporting.
Create supplemental digital and print materials (social graphics, signage, collateral) in alignment with MassBio’s brand standards.
Working with MassBio’s website host/vendor as needed, provides support for the continued advancement and maintenance of the website, ensuring it is up to date with the latest content, and that technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Serve as primary marketing contact for the 3rd-party Career Center website.
Provide marketing campaign support for internal departments as needed.
Support the marketing team in compiling data and marketing analytics reports.
Project Management
Facilitate print jobs and coordinate with external printers as needed.
Maintain and continue to advance the department’s project management tool, Click Up, to support the department’s activities, workflow tracking, and marketing requests from internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred.
3-plus years of experience in marketing or communications at a Life Sciences or B2B company, marketing agency, or for a trade association or nonprofit.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from idea to execution.
Excellent technical skills; comfortable and seamlessly able to work across multiple digital platforms to optimize, advance, and ensure best-in-class user experience and best practices.
Software skills required: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or other CRM), WordPress (or other CMS), Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Adobe Suite Express, Google Analytics / G4 tag manager.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple and shifting priorities when necessary to meet deadlines.
