The role The role of the Sales Manager involves managing inbound inquiries across diverse market segments while concurrently nurturing and managing a pipeline of leads and client portfolio. This position demands delivering superior customer service, maintaining responsive communication both internally and externally, optimizing workflows for efficiency, and consistently surpassing departmental sales targets and individual KPIs.

Our perfect candidate has

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable role (proactive/outbound group sales) within the hospitality industry

Proven Track Record in a strategic Sales Management role

Ability to manage sales in a high‑volume environment with an emphasis on outstanding customer service

Ability to apply a high level of commercial acumen to all aspects of strategic planning and execution of sales strategy

Excellent relationship management skills

Excellent communication and organization skills

Expert knowledge and awareness of hospitality market trends and competitive Las Vegas landscape

Enthusiastic outlook and capable of effectively transferring and encouraging enthusiasm throughout the wider team

A fearless attitude towards hitting sales targets and a determination for helping the team to succeed

*The base pay range for this position is $77,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job‑related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc.
