Guaranteed income during training

$60,000 – $150,000+ first-year earning potential

Five-day work week

(Closed Sundays)

sister stores with 1,000+ pre-owned vehicles

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional customer service

Identify customer needs through effective listening and questioning

Demonstrate vehicles, including test drives

Guide customers through the vehicle delivery process, ensuring understanding of features, warranties, and documentation

Maintain knowledge of inventory, features, accessories, and benefits

Coordinate with service and body shop departments to ensure timely vehicle reconditioning

Attend dealership and manufacturer training sessions and sales meetings

Maintain prospecting and owner follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business

Review performance regularly to improve time management and results

Understand automotive terminology and stay current on product and technology updates

Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations governing retail auto sales

Follow all company safety policies and promptly report any incidents

Qualifications

Automotive sales experience is NOT required

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Sales or customer service experience is a plus (restaurant, finance, account management, hospitality, etc.)

Professional appearance and demeanor

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
