Are you a proven top performer ready to lead and inspire an elite team of sales professionals to new levels of success? The Inside Sales Manager will provide strategic guidance, train, and motivate a team of seven telesales professionals to ensure they meet and exceed set goals.
What you'll be doing
Recruit, hire, train, motivate, coach, and retain inside sales staff
Use metrics to regularly monitor activity and performance against goals
Refine and update the CARFAX Shop Loyalty Program value proposition and pitch as needed for continued success
Work closely with operations and analytics to provide forward and rear views on the business
Monitor and refine sales lead processes and metrics
Work directly with large Aftermarket Groups to present the Shop Loyalty Program value proposition
Partner with CARFAX Marketing and Partner Development staff to improve audience and performance
What we're looking for
5+ years sales experience, including at least 2 years as a sales leader
Understanding of email marketing programs, how to implement them and how to track and relate success
Demonstrated success setting and achieving measurable goals in a high‑performing sales environment
Excellent working knowledge of inbound/outbound tele‑prospecting methodologies and the ability to coach them
Proven consistent achievement of goals through leadership and motivation of a team
Experience hiring, developing, and retaining talent
Excellent communication and influence skills and the ability to build cross‑functional relationships
Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and committed work ethic
Excellent Microsoft Excel and proficient Salesforce.com skills
In‑office minimum 4 days per week
