What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis

Develop business plans that align with assigned territory and maintain high customer service standards

Lead technical resources to effectively demonstrate SailPoint’s advantages to customers

Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, negotiations, and closing

Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end users

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account naapert the technology sector

Prowem track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles

Strong communication skills for effective engagement with customers and partners

Ability to collaborate with a virtual team and lead cross‑functional initiatives

Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for business purposes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent inствам IT, business, or sales‑related field

Experience selling identity security solutions or similar technology products

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools

Established network within the identity security or technology sectors

Knowledge of the competitive landscape including Microsoft, Okta, and similar companies
