We’re looking for a results oriented Sales Manager who is passionate about partnering with our Grocery advertisers, educating them and helping to solve ambiguous business problems. As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives managing Enterprise Food clients. You will deliver against complex advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and achieve revenue targets. You will nurture customer relationships and create revenue opportunities from the advertisers you own. This role is highly collaborative, working with Creative, Sales, Product, Brand Innovation Lab, Ad Tech and Retail partners to drive results and think big on behalf of our customers.
Responsibilities
Develop senior relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders at matrix-ed client and agency organizations
Educate advertisers on Amazon's Ads offerings and how to achieve greater results on Amazon
Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction
Coach and create culture within team of Sr Account Executives
Contribute to Grocery-wide strategy and thought-leadership
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
Experience in digital media including display/search advertising, campaign optimization, analytics platforms, client management and business development
Experience leading process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Experience in programmatic strategy and implementation
Experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders
10+ years of OTT or SVOD advertising experience

Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
