Job Summary We are looking for highly motivated, confident, and experienced salespeople to drive new client acquisition for iSAFE Complete’s managed IT services. As a commission-only salesperson, you will have the opportunity to earn substantial income with no cap, leveraging our competitive 10% commission structure on contracts averaging $2,500/month. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive in a performance-based environment and are eager to achieve $180,000 or more in annual earnings within 24 months.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities with small to medium-sized businesses in Central Kentucky.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT needs and propose tailored solutions.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the iSAFE Complete team to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to clients.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position iSAFE Complete’s services.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT services, technology, or a related field.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must reside in Central Kentucky and have a strong network or ability to build one in the region.

Familiarity with managed IT services or technology solutions is a plus but not required.

Compensation Structure

Commission:

10% of the monthly contract value for the initial term of the agreement (12-36 months).

Average Contract Size:

$2,500/month.

Earning Potential:

Uncapped, with the opportunity to earn $180,000+ annually within 24 months.
