Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this remote role, you’ll manage a shared book of trucking clients, ensuring their policies are handled accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day service needs including policy changes, renewals, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations.
Communicate with insurance carriers regarding quotes, underwriting, and claims support.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve client coverage or efficiency.
Maintain organized and accurate client files in the agency management system.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about trucking insurance trends, DOT regulations, and carrier updates.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in property & casualty insurance (commercial or trucking lines preferred).
Understanding of commercial auto and motor carrier insurance policies (preferred).
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using agency management systems and digital tools.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
