About the Role Textline is hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation through close. Responsibilities
Own the entire sales process: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, pricing, negotiation, and close
Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound leads
Run consultative discovery conversations to understand customer communication challenges
Deliver product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value
Manage opportunities and forecasts accurately in Hubspot CRM
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
~2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting or beating goals
Required Skills
Strong internal motivation, competitiveness, and ownership mentality
Comfort with outbound prospecting and creating your own opportunities
Coachability and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively in an in‑office environment
Pay range and compensation package Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
$75,000 base salary / $150,000 on target earnings
