Benefits & Compensation

Base salary of $75,000 plus commission, with an OTE of $185,000 (uncapped)

Requirements & Qualifications

1–3+ years of SaaS sales experience , MUST HAVE experience in e-commerce within the Shopify ecosystem

Demonstrated ability to close deals in a transactional sales environment

Comfortable leading product demos and managing deals independently

Willingness to prospect and self-source pipeline alongside working inbound leads

Confident, consultative communicator with strong energy and urgency

Willing and able to work occasionally across time zones and outside traditional hours

Preferred Background & Skills

Familiarity with e-commerce brands ranging from startups to enterprise merchants

Experience balancing inbound and outbound sales activities

Knowledge of CRM platforms and pipeline forecasting

Ability to quickly articulate product value tied to revenue outcomes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle: from discovery and demo to negotiation and close

Close deals with e-commerce brands across SMB to enterprise segments

Balance incoming demo requests ( 60%

inbound) with outbound prospecting ( 40% )

Clearly communicate product value and ROI to prospective customers

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enhance sales performance

Share prospect feedback to help refine product features and go-to-market strategy
