Responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services using knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world‑class sales and service experience. Works with moderate supervision, and is accountable for individual results and impact on the team. Core Responsibilities
Passionately represent products and services, sharing and demonstrating product and sales know‑how with customers and providing product demonstrations to maximize their experience. Take a customer‑first approach with all interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs to provide appropriate solutions. Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives. Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services, gaining their consent. Perform operational and administrative tasks. Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues, as appropriate. Consistently demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism, integrity, and a warm, friendly demeanor to customers and teammates. Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures. Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning. Know and understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements. Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules, and overtime. May be asked to work in alternate stores outside the home base store. Require regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Base Pay: $15.63 Total Target Compensation (Base Pay + Targeted Commission): $23.32 USD Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Base pay is part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission under the applicable plan; most non‑sales positions are eligible for a bonus.
