Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant – Comcast
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑focused Retail Sales Consultant to provide a world‑class sales and service experience within our Xfinity retail environment.
Job Summary Assist and consult customers on our products and services, leveraging knowledge, skill and technology to deliver outstanding sales performance and customer satisfaction. Works under moderate supervision, accountable for individual results, and impacts team performance.
Core Responsibilities
Passionately represent and demonstrate Xfinity products and services, sharing product knowledge to educate customers and maximize their experience.
Use a customer‑first approach: listen, evaluate needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
Conduct comprehensive customer onboarding and ensure customers understand how to use and manage all products/services, obtaining their consent.
Perform operational and administrative tasks.
Partner with customer care to resolve issues as appropriate.
Consistently demonstrate sales excellence, professionalism, integrity, and a warm and friendly demeanor.
Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
Complete mandatory training and actively participate in team huddles and learning activities.
Understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements.
Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable shifts and overtime as needed; willingness to work in alternate stores outside home base.
Carry and lift up to 25 pounds, stand and move continuously in the store.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary Base Pay: $15.63 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.32 USD. Sales‑commission potential available. Company also offers comprehensive benefits (details available on our careers site).

Relevant Work Experience 2–5 years of retail sales experience in a technology or consumer electronics environment.
