Position Overview This full‑time role reports to the Property Manager and requires regular on‑site attendance during standard business hours. The role supports property management for retail tenants, encompassing tenant relations, budget management, operational oversight, and alignment with organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain positive relationships with all tenants, providing strong customer service and responding promptly to inquiries and issues.

Assist in managing on‑site vendors, ensuring completion of duties as contracted.

Maintain an electronic filing system for tenant and vendor files, notice letters and other communications.

Track rent and other charge collections regularly.

Assist the Property Manager and Marketing Manager with on‑site retail event coordination, pop‑up retail activations and sponsorships.

Ensure sales reports are received in a timely manner and entered into tracking software.

Upload and code property invoices according to budget.

Prepare responses to routine enquiries and act as a conduit for retailers and customers.

Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails to tenants and contracted vendors.

Act as the property point of contact for Certificate of Insurance management and assist with COI collections and tracking.

Assist with budget preparation by researching costs for supplies and services and obtaining bids as directed.

Assist with the Annual Budget Presentations where required. чел Prepare agendas for miscellaneous meetings as needed.

Special projects may be assigned as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Commercial real‑estate experience preferred.

Professional conduct and appearance at all times.

Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems quickly.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

" Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
