Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Execution:
Help plan, design, and deliver campaigns that tell a story, not just send a message. Support everything from copy and layout to performance tracking, ensuring every initiative feels intentional and on‑brand.
Creative Coordination:
Be the connector between ideas and execution. Coordinate creative projects across print, digital, and in‑person experiences, from branded collateral and signage Jerusalem to photo shoots and social assets, keeping everything cohesive, elevated, and on brand.
AI & Marketing Automation:
Use marketing AI tools to streamline campaigns, create efficiencies, and explore how technology can enhance creativity.
Reputation Management:
Keep a pulse on our online reputation by monitoring and responding to guest and client reviews with warmth and professionalism. Spot opportunities to turn great feedback into great stories, celebrating our people, our craftsmanship, and the impact we make.
Collateral & Brand Support:
Coordinate the production of printed materials, branded swag, and signage. Ensure every physical touchpoint, from a brochure to a builder sign, reflects our brand with excellence and consistency.
Marketing Momentum:
Be the team’s right hand. Keep timelines tight, details crisp, and ideas moving. Support day‑to‑day marketing initiatives with organization, positivity, and a can‑do energy that helps transform concepts into finished, polished moments that move the brand forward.
What you’ll bring
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a related creative role.
A strong interest in digital marketing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you notice what others miss).
